i may consider doing the captions, but not the photos. its not very fun to have to upload three week's worth of photographs on blogger. blogger is lousy. tsk.
ps. vania i will send you a dvd of all the photos :D

waitng for my dad to finish arguing with the money changer

the creaky paperthin house i lived in for 3 weeks

my mommy brought singapore along with her

no kidding

our first drive out. vania and i took turns to sleep, but i think i slept more : D

vania and i. my my i looked like an over stuffed xiao long bao.

mom and i. that was my dad's standard picture taking pose, its one of a kind.

chillin' outside the windsor castle. it was chilly alright. uncle, aunt, dad, mom, me and vania.

"have it your way!" the burger king said.

somewhere in windsor, i forgot.

the same somewhere just with more people. brother on the extreme right.

switched coats with vania. i couldn't help it, the hood was too big.

The wind in the willows. me and my dad. according to him, he was super-cool because of the beanie on his head. jeezee.

by the river and freeezing! aunt, cousin grace, cousin van and i.

one of the things i miss most, supermarketing in their gigantic supermarkets! sigh vania i wanna drink lilt!

how come they don't have this in singapore?

the reason i managed to survive in the uk. i love rice, won't live without it.

yusheng-ing. we brought it on the plane and all the way over.

thats my uncle. the cook, the entertainer.

headed to london for 4 nights. no idea what i was looking at.

my first indian meal. i hear they make really round chapattis.

another supermarket. their supermarket clothes are so nice.

soho, well-known for their red light and rainbow flagged activities.
interesting sight, i must say.

chinatown!

chinese food, really salty and everything tasted similar.

circling piccadlly circus, big smiles all around. look, i even had candy in my pocket : D

sighhh i really miss the weather. who likes dripping ice-cream?

a picture opportunity.

one about london was that the subway stations were so deep. so many escalators, too many stairs.

i wouldn't wanna get lost in london.

not fot he faint-hearted. there was even one station that have huge lifts to bring all the commuters to ground level, it was too far down you see.

the light rail.

the beanie. haha.

the day i wore a skirt out in minus 1 temp.

we headed to the supermarket that was just next to our apartment everyday and everynight. best part of all, it opens 24 hours!

a daily routine in london. buying the super costly transport day-passes.

TOWER BRIDGE, the one that always gets mistaken for the london bridge.

Green park. it was such a beautiful place. i chased peigons and picked up leaves.

Buckingham palace. it was there that i overheard a conversation from this guy and his father about about the o'level results that were about to come out soon.

his beanie, my dad and i.

jamie oliver. his tumble really rumbles!! the entrance fees to the madam tussads weren't exactly cheap

out of london. the stone henge. wasn't exactly in the mood to be sight seeing, i had results to worry about.

bath. the place of ancient baths. it was freezing that night.

off we went on our driving trip up to scotland. first stop, skipton. weird picture poses and cumberland sausages. wee!

out of skipton. some abbey. very senic, beautiful place indeed.

same place.

edinburgh, the place where i recieved my o-level results from my brother back home via sms. i registered for poly there too.

after scotland we drove back down to lake district, stay over and continued to oxford then back home. my dad and brother left for singapore a few days after. my mom and i had a week left.
i miss the uk.
